Self control

Hello Dear April,
March had been a disaster for me so April, please be good.
Slogged so hard like an ox just to work as much as i can.
To my disappointment, i still couldn't earn at least $1k :'(
And I've so much stuffs that i needa spend
Like :

1. Taiwan Trip ($2k)
2. A new phone ($500)
3. A new hairstyle ($200)
4. Parents' gifts ($200)

Hence, i foresee that i will be spending way much more than I've earned .
(Stay through this and read the last part of the post ;))

Even though March wasn't a good month for me, it's not a bad year.
Nonetheless, there're some happy events that occurred too!
Firstly, it was the picnic date with my dear poly clique @ Marina Barrage.
Next, i worked as a Jobstreet helper for a 3 days event.
Basically, IT'S A SUPER DUPER SLACK JOB #no #joke
LOL despite working so many part-time jobs before, this is the best EVER ~~~
I got paid $8.50 an hour just to do nothing ...
You get the chance to sit down and lepak whenever you want.
You get to play computer games while there's nobody.
You get to roam around freely when you feel like it.
However, the con about it is the VENUE.
Imagine taking a 100 mins train ride back every single day.
Lol, trust me 3 days is good enough for me to realise that
I'm never ever gonna work in Expo anymore hahahahaha.
Also,spending $10 for a normal meal?
I will certainly go nuts if i have to eat there everyday -.-
Nonetheless, this job wouldn't be fun without a great companion.
Hence, it's essential to introduce my dear partner - LIM SHI XIAN hehe ^^

 

With work colleagues ^^

Please notice the guy on the upper right, HIS FACE IS JUST SO EPIC LOL.

Despite our busy schedule, we never fail to make time for each other.
So when holidays sets in, she's the first person who came to my mind.
Whether it is just half an hour, 1 hour, 2 hours and so on,
Every single second spent with her is regarded as well-spent quality time!
Wahh damn cheesy i know hahaha but one thing for sure is -
Our friendship will last till eternity :')
Amusingly, we always try to snap as many photos as we can when we meet.
So that we could keep track of the date we last met. HAHA

Last but not least,

Ok here's the interesting part.

Well well well, I've been harping on visiting Club ever since i was 18.

And god damn it, my first try was only in March'2014 .

Yea, i know many people didn't have a good impression on clubbers.

Neither do I.

When i told people that i'm going club for the first time , they were like

"OMG, GET READY FOR SOME SKINSHIP YO"

Not trying to be bhb or whatever but i'm really conservative.

I hate it when people touch me unnecessarily .

Hence, i really procrastinate a lot before agreeing to give it a try.

And guess what? I never regret going that day.

Because i like how freely i can dance without getting judged or whatever.

It's definitely an ideal place for you to wind down after a long and tiring day.

However, i would advise that it's better if you control how much you drink.

Because i witnessed a drunk girl going around hugging any stranger.

When i saw it, my reaction was "THIS GIRL IS A GONER"

Lol seriously?! If you don't cherish your own body, who will?

So i strongly believe that self-control is very important  (lol more of lecturing already)

Actually, it is quite extreme or should i call it [R21] of what's happening in clubs.

Seeing people making out/kissing is like a norm but for me , it isn't. 

So guess what i did.

There was a couple PDA-ING right beside me which pissed me off

when they think that this is a hotel and i'm transparent.

I stopped dancing, gave them death stares till they stopped and looked at me.

Lol super gl right? Well, bingo THAT'S ME AHAHHAAH ;)

Ok back to topic.

Honestly, clubbing is really fun & enjoyable (for me)

H.O.W.E.V.E.R

I'm definitely not addicted to it because i'm a very sleep conscious person.

Having to party all night till dawn , nah not my thing.

So i will only go when i'm going with reliable & fun companions.

Oh right, companions. 

To my utmost surprise, the group of guys whom we went together with was Awesome.

It's like I only know them on the clubbing day itself because they are my friend's friends

Which can be said as we are complete strangers but they didn't ditch us.

Instead, they really protect us well enough so that no perverts will dare to come closer.

Hence, thanks to them, i'm perfectly safe and sound (:

As long as you're going with the right people,

You will be fine.

Nevertheless, please be vigilant or alert enough if some perverts are trying to hit on you.

In conclusion : DRINK ONLY IF YOU CAN.
