Back

Hello, I'M FINALLY BACK YO!!!!
Real sorry for breaking my promise by not blogging yesterday.
Not talking about the time difference nor screwed body clock but,
because i'm still unable to adjust to Sg's weather.
One thing that i will definitely miss will be Taiwan's weather!
You've no idea how windy and cooling Taiwan is compared to SG, o.m.g
It's somehow even colder than aircon temperature, especially during the night.

Physically exhausted.
To be honest, i totally look so haggard and shag now.
Apart from sleep deprivation, i'm still at the recovery mode.
Out of so many sicknesses, I've to suffer from food poisoning.
A combination of diarrhea and nausea, especially when you're about to board the plane.
Wow, should i be thankful that it happened only on the last day?
That was when i realised  :
"You will only be home sick when you are real sick"
Trust me, having to visit the toilet every half an hour is really no joke.
So glad that i managed to survive all the way back home.

Basically, this TAIWAN trip is SO different from Bangkok's.
Why do i say so?
I spent 3/4 of my money on food and i'm not kidding.
LOL, it's like you just kept eating, eating and eating.
-NON-STOP-
Nonetheless to say, I've gained 2 kg from this trip.
And then guess what happened?
I lost 2 kg because all the good food have gone to waste.
(if you get what i mean)
Kinda disappointed in this trip cuz my loots were just freaking pathetic.
Only bought less than 10 pieces of clothes, sighhhhhhhh i expected more.
In total, i spent around $2k including all the miscellaneous expenses + Air tix ($390).
Apparently, Taiwan is a good place for sight-seeing and good food seen everywhere.
But for shopping? Nah, Bangkok is still da best!
Hopefully, I'd get the chance to visit Bangkok next year ^-^

Well i guessed, you've enough of reading this long draggy post; aren't you?
Don't worry, i'm not gonna blog about my 7 days Taiwan trip at one go.
Ain't that free yo so i shall take my time to blog hahaha.
Basically, i spent 3 days @ Kaoh Siung which costed SGD 62 for the train tix.
Also adding the hotel fees @ Kindness Hotel around SGD 287 for 3D2N
Honestly, i really like this hotel and hotel staffs are real friendly!
The food there is super tasty and the variety provided is countless!
But i wouldn't recommend you because it's damn inconvenient to go.
Shall rate it 9/10~!

But first, let me take a selfie. AHAHAH

The drastic difference between our own respective rooms.

For the next following 5 days,
we booked an apartment in Taipei!!!!!!!!!!!!
Apparently, it is located @ "Zhong Shan Elementary School" mrt station .
Unfortunately, it is quite far from the mrt as 10-15 mins walk is required.
But i guessed it's rather worth it afterall!
Totally fall in love with the apartment and i believed it's love at first sight.
Btw, i only paid SGD 237 for 5 days which is way cheaper than the hotel fees.
I dare to admit that the hotel ambience is not anywhere better than the apartment's.
The only bad about renting apartment is that you've to keep it tidy on your own.
If not, you will suffer from the aftermath of not cleaning up.
It is highly recommended to book an apartment instead of hotel cuz it's
not only less costly but
a perfect place for people to bond together. (esp if you go with a group of friends)
That's when you would really start treating your friends like own family members.
:')
Not only that, you can wash your own clothes by using the washing mashine.
Or cook light food if you're feeling hungry in the middle of the night.
Not to forget that, there is a microwave machine and fridge there ^^
Can't imagine how convenient it is compared to Hotel's!
